The villa has about 1000 meters of plot, where you can enjoy a private garden area with Jacuzzi, outdoor pool and barbecue area.

It has been recently renovated, using only the best materials of today. It is the ideal place to enjoy with family and friends.

Inside it is divided into three levels, on the first we find an elongated living room that leads out to the garden and with a kitchenette, as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms.

On the upper floor the large master bedroom with its bathroom in suit, has a private terrace with very nice views in the pool area.

On the ground floor is the garage where you can even park 3 cars, it also has a guest bedroom with its own bathroom.
